The double-barrel exhaust sounds very bassy for a four hundred cc engine. The replacement air filter element is now made of viscose, and a new larger muffler is designed to make the engine more environmentally friendly.
The braking system from Bybre (Brembo) is made with dual-circuit ABS. However, the front brake disc moved from the right side of the wheel to the left, and the “floating” 2-piston caliper gave way to a modern 4-piston radial mount. Every updated Bajaj Dominar 400 comes with a dual-channel ABS system.
