The most advanced and reliable engine from Zongshen NC300S (ZS182MN) with liquid cooling and a powerful fan, Panasonic is equipped with a DOCH system (two timing camshafts). Thanks to this configuration, it was possible to do without rockers. The camshafts directly control the valves, resulting in a wide, smooth rev range and greater peak power. A 6-speed transmission with a reinforced basket and clutch discs from the Japanese brand FCC allows you to intelligently distribute and transmit all the power. An additional clutch cooling system and easy-squeeze technology allow you to use the motorcycle “to the limit.” A Nibbi Racing 34 sports carburetor paired with a Progasi Exhaust System Megabomb exhaust and Lucas intake complete the superiority of this powerplant.
Large fuel tank

CNC Milled Cross Arms
Constructed from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum, the cross arms are lightweight and durable to withstand heavy loads. The “closer-further” steering wheel position adjustment system allows you to adjust the comfortable position of the steering wheel in the rack. The handlebar brackets are also milled for a 1-1/8" steering wheel (fatbar, "thick steering wheel").

Brakes are the most important component of a motorcycle, on which the safety of the rider directly depends, as well as the speed of cornering. All Progasi models are equipped with additional expansion tanks and reinforced brake hoses for impeccable results. There is a 2-piston brake system at the front and a 1-piston at the rear.

Progasi aluminum handlebar
The motorcycle is equipped with a durable aluminum handlebar with a diameter of 28 mm of variable section. The optimal tilt angle has been selected. The bending strength was increased by one and a half times, while at the same time it was possible to maintain the ductility of the metal. The Acerbis steering pad will protect the rider from injury.
Choho drive chain
Choho produces motorcycle chains that have a special O-ring in their design. Made of hard rubber, the ring is located between the inner and outer plates of the roller chain: it does not allow dust to pass through from the outside and retains lubricant inside. Thus, the O-ring ensures no overstretching, a long life of the chain that does not require lubrication, and also has a reduced noise level.
Short-stroke accelerator handle
An indispensable element when using the bike on steep climbs, as well as in places with various obstacles, to pass which you need to quickly unscrew throttle without grabbing the steering wheel and losing control. The short-stroke accelerator handle also allows you to independently adjust the position of the carburetor valve opening cable, so the rider can choose the hand force required for acceleration that is most optimal for his riding style.
Reinforced brake and clutch handles with fall protection
Reinforced and thoughtful design protects the handles from damage by folding in the event of an impact. Light-squeeze geometry is also used.
Proven quality
All Progasi motorcycles have a European quality certificate. The oil was filled with Shell 10w40 from the factory. Waterproof wiring connectors are used. All bearings are treated with special grease. “Details matter” is the slogan of Progasi, a company born in Catalonia.
