Progasi SMART 125 pit bike

Chrome-molybdenum frame with protection
The Progasi Smart 125 has the same platform as its older brother Smart 150. The frame is manufactured with an emphasis on reliability and long service life. All components are carefully welded, there are additional reinforcements. A plastic frame is installed on the frame, which protects the boots and the frame.
Sports wheels 17/14
Kenda tires have long proven themselves in extreme sports. Kenda tires withstand the twisting of studs for winter riding and perform well on dirt. Reinforced aluminum Progasi rims with 36 spokes can withstand maximum loads. The wheels are also equipped with towbars that pull the tire to the rim, preventing it from turning while driving.
Seat with Acerbis technology
The proprietary Progasi non-slip seat, made with Acerbis anti-slip grip technology, holds any rider like superglue: a special ribbed waterproof coating allows you to feel comfortable in any weather conditions.
Additional brake expansion tank
Brakes are the most important component of a pit bike, on which the safety of the rider directly depends, as well as the speed of cornering. For impeccable results, all Progasi models are equipped with additional expansion tanks and reinforced brake hoses. There is a 2-piston brake system at the front and a 1-piston at the rear.

Full diode optics
The latest generation LED headlight with low and high beam is made to the highest standard. An eyelash is additionally installed in the headlight as a daytime running light.
Progasi exhaust system
The Progasi branded aluminum muffler is made with a mesh without a narrow flute, like in full-size motocross motorcycles. Added Megabomb resonator: increased power from the lower to mid-range rpms and a richer engine sound.
Choho drive chain
Choho produces motorcycle chains that have a special O-ring in their design. Made of hard rubber, the ring is located between the inner and outer plates of the roller chain: it does not allow dust to pass through from the outside and retains lubricant inside. Thus, the O-ring ensures no overstretching, a long life of the chain that does not require lubrication, and also has a reduced noise level.
Reinforced brake and clutch handles
Reinforced design protects the handles from damage. Light-squeeze geometry is also used.
Short-stroke accelerator handle
An indispensable element when using the bike on steep climbs, as well as in places with various obstacles, to pass which you need to quickly unscrew the gas handle without grabbing the steering wheel and without losing control. The short-stroke accelerator handle also allows you to independently adjust the position of the carburetor valve opening cable, so the rider can choose the hand force required for acceleration that is most optimal for his riding style.
Proven quality
All Progasi motorcycles have a European quality certificate. The oil was filled with Shell 10w40 from the factory. Waterproof wiring connectors are used. All bearings are treated with special grease. “Details matter” is the slogan of Progasi, a company born in Catalonia.
